The profile comes to life in a review session delivered by our in-house DiSC® expert to engage and to meet the specific needs of the individual and your organisation. For teams, this phase is delivered through one or more workshop style sessions
A suite of follow-up options makes lasting behaviour changes possible in your workplace. Participants can go deeper into their DiSC style, get real-world tips for connecting with colleagues, and gain insight into their team’s or department’s DiSC culture.
The DiSC profile is the core element. There are then additional tools that can be added to meet any specific business needs with additional tools for Resolving Conflict, Sales people or teams, Leadership development and 360° feedback.
